Overview
Hijucqi̊vù Se was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1289, by Coraguis Griffith. The establishment of Hijucqi̊vù Se suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Hijucqi̊vù Se which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Hijucqi̊vù Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hijucqi̊vù Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Hijucqi̊vù Se is buildings have been located at convienant points along the rivers Hijucqi̊vù Se was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the premissive paverstone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Hijucqi̊vù Se's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Unfortuantly, these monster and outlaw focused fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Right off the bat Hijucqi̊vù Se hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The new wealth has created some worrying attitudes in many passers by, such that it’s clear new laws have recently been enacted and enforced with such extreme scrutiny the locals seem to be going about their day as if by clockwork.

Cultural Notes
One or more crime bosses have a powerful influence within Hijucqi̊vù Se. They may control crime within the community itself, or they may use it simply as a safe haven from which to direct their minions elsewhere. Local law enforcement may know all about them, but lack the strength to confront them and their paid or intimidated henchmen.
Hijucqi̊vù Se's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.
